WHEN BUYING FROM US
Starting in February 2012 all of our products (except some bullion) can be purchased on-line through our new shopping cart system. If we do offer bullion for sale on our site it will have a maximum purchase amount. This is to protect ourselves from sudden changes in the market where we may not have updated our prices fast enough. Your shopping cart will be emptied every day to protect us for this same reason. If you are interested in purchasing bullion items over our maximum order amount with your general order please contact us. Since stock and pricing are so volatile we will quote you a price at that time and take your order. We will either take your credit card information over the phone or send you an invoice via secure e-mail for you to pay within 24 hours. Medium and large bullion orders can't be paid by credit card. We do not accept gold and silver orders by e-mail. All purchases have to be agreed either in person or by phone.
We offer the following forms of payment with wait times:
In Store - Cash (No waiting time)
In Store - Interact* (No waiting time)
In Store & On-line - VISA / MASTERCARD* - (No waiting time - 3% charge for bullion products)
We require a government photo ID to guarantee that you are the same person as on the card for any purchases over $200 in store. If you use a credit card for an on-line order we MUST ship to the verifiable billing name and address as it appears on the cardholders' statement. We will take the proper steps necessary to ensure information is correct.
Medium to large bullion orders can't be paid with credit card.
On-line & Bullion Orders - Bank Wire (As funds are received)
On-line - Personal Cheques (1-2 weeks to clear). We do not accept personal cheques for medium to large size bullion orders. We also do not accept cheques in store.
Medium to large bullion orders must be paid for by certified funds payment (ie: bank draft, wire transfer, money order, etc.)
* Our Interac machine is at a different location than our physical office. Please contact us if you plan on paying either with Debit or Credit Card.
To protect ourselves from fraudulent actions and by law we are required to see a government photo ID for all CASH transations over $10,000. This information will not be recorded but is necessary to have a smooth transaction.
If you made an order in advance and are picking up your order from us in person we will ask to see a government photo ID to ensure you are the correct person. Only you can pick up your order. We will not record the information on your ID.
SHIPPING
Please note that your order can also be picked up at our AP Bullion Enterprise location in Oromocto, NB and at Coin Pocket in Fredericton, NB. Just select the correct option when you check out, and we will inform you when your order is available to pick up during our regular business hours.
Our shipping rates depend of what is being sent. Here are a few examples. **Please Note** We only ship within Canada
If you are purchasing Coin Supplies or Collector Coins, we have a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $10.00 + GST for typical size orders, larger or bulkier orders may or will cost more at our discretion.
All orders over $300 or small amounts of Silver and Gold Bullion must be shipped with a tracking number. In this situation we have a flat rate shipping & handling fee of $15.00 + GST.
If you are purchasing medium to large amounts of Silver and Gold bullion our shipping & handling fees depend on the destination and total value. We ship these items by Fedex Ground & Express depending on the items being shipped.
- Destinations in (NB, NS, PEI) $30.00
- Destinations in (Rest of Canada) $35.00
The quotes above do not include insurance on the package. As a general rule insurance should be approximately .50 cents for every $100.
Provincial and Federal Sales Tax
On items that are not tax exempt (Gold & Silver Bullion are not taxed) we are required to add the following taxes. All Canadian residents will be charged 7% GST. Ontario residents will be charged an additional 8% PST. Residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland will be only charged 13% HST, and Nova Scotia will only be charged 15% HST.
WHEN SELLING TO US
As you can see we do buy many different items. Our buy prices are very sensitive to condition so please use the prices on our site as a guide. Please contact us before bringing in your items to see if they would be something we would be interested in buying. You can also visit Coin Pocket in Fredericton, New Brunswick to receive the same buy prices for your items if it is more convenient for you. We also travel to purchase large collections after it is established enough quantity justifies the expense.

Please ship all items by Registered or Insured Mail. Include your name, address, and telephone number with all orders. Please enclose a detailed list of what is being sent, it must include an itemized list of coins/notes with quantity and value. We buy all Canadian coins, banknotes and tokens, rare or common, junk silver coins, bullion, gold, silver coins and bars. Fast payment in CAD funds. If our offer is not satisfactory to you AP Bullion Enterprise will pay for return postage. We pay top prices for Canadian items. You will be completely satisfied with our service and will probably receive more than you expect for your coins.
The prices on our site are updated regularly and it is stated what gold and silver value we used to calculate the prices listed. This will work as a very useful guide as you can view the live market prices on our main page. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and are based on the current gold and silver market in Canadian Dollars
